Dr. Caron Post, PhD

Dr. Caron Post is a licensed clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience. She works with individuals, couples, and leads transformative retreats. Her areas of focus include depression and anxiety, loss and grief, trauma and resilience, life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, and perinatal mood  and anxiety disorders including the transition to motherhood and postpartum depression.  She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from New York University in 1998. Dr. Post was the founding executive director of Maternal Mental Health NOW. She is a past recipient of The Los Angeles Psychological Association’s Distinguished Service to the Community, Diversity and Social Justice Award.
